Users can visit the Ministry's official website and log into their accounts to use the trademark registration service, per the ministry's guidelines.
To establish an account, new users must choose the "New User" option and adhere to the on-screen directions.
Under the Trademarks section, applicants can select the "Trademark Registration Service" after logging in.
The ministry stated that applications begin with general instructions, followed by sections to enter applicant details, either personally or through a legal agent.

As long as the filing date is within six months of the first application, the system also permits the insertion of priority certificate details.
Along with proper contact information, applicants must also provide ownership information, such as whether they are an individual, business, institution, or educational institution.
Applicants must upload a JPEG of the trademark with required documents (commercial registration, power of attorney, or ID). The system calculates fees, directs online payment, and generates an application summary for final review.The application is forwarded to the Ministry's specialist department for review after the acknowledgment box is checked and submitted.
