As part of our continuous endeavor to simplify processes and boost digital transformation, the Single Window platform introduced five new e-services in the second quarter of 2025. Compared to the first quarter, the percentage of e-transactions rose by 5.38%. We will keep enhancing the platform to increase its speed, ease of use, and efficiency in providing services to investors.
The Strategy 2024-2030 of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry is designed to speed up Qatar's national economy and improve its business environment, with the goals of achieving full digitalisation of all services and raising the number of patents by 20 percent each year until 2030.
The single window plays a crucial role in aiding investors as they establish and sustain their businesses across various stages, from planning to digitally obtaining necessary government approvals and registrations through a unified smart platform.
The platform boasts an interactive interface that provides users with a contemporary and approachable design, enabling them to access a range of services with just a button press. Additionally, it provides a more streamlined customer experience that reduces the time and effort required to complete transactions.
Users can track all their transactions easily thanks to a central dashboard that provides access to a wide range of integrated services, allowing investors to navigate through them in one place.
