On Tuesday, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) reminded Doha Metro users to follow safety regulations in order to guarantee a safe and comfortable ride for all commuters.
In a social media post, the ministry emphasized a number of important safety precautions, such as keeping personal items safe, keeping a safe distance from train doors when they are opening and closing, and paying attention to all signs and directions inside the stations.
It further urged passengers to seek immediate help in case of emergencies, avoid smoking within station premises, and keep a close watch on children while using escalators to prevent accidents.
According to the ministry, these precautions aim to ensure passenger safety and maintain a smooth, hassle-free travel experience for everyone.
