The updated fees for work permits, hiring, and attestation of stamps, certificates, and papers are specified by the Ministry of Labor (MoL). The revision complies with Labour Decision No. (32) of 2025, which was released on Thursday, September 25 in the Official Gazette.

Work Permits – Private Sector
Issuance and annual renewal for workers in companies, associations, institutions, and individuals.
Fee unchanged: QAR100 → QAR100
Work Permit Replacement – Private Sector
For lost or damaged permits of workers in companies, associations, institutions, and individuals.
Fee increased: QAR50 → QAR100
Work Permits – Family-Sponsored Workers
Issuance and annual renewal for workers brought into Qatar by spouses or relatives.
Fee reduced: QAR500 → QAR100
Recruitment Licence Replacement
For lost or damaged licences to practise worker recruitment from abroad.
Fee unchanged: QAR1,000 → QAR1,000
Work Permit Replacement – Family-Sponsored Workers
For lost or damaged permits of workers sponsored by spouses or relatives.
Fee unchanged: QAR100 → QAR100
Recruitment Licence Issuance
New licence to practise worker recruitment from abroad.
Fee reduced: QAR10,000 → QAR2,000
Recruitment Licence Renewal
Annual renewal of recruitment licence.
Fee unchanged: QAR2,000 → QAR2,000
Document Attestation
Seals of companies/institutions, employment contracts, certificates, and other documents attested by the Ministry.
Fee unchanged: QAR20 → QAR20
Exemptions: Fees waived for attestations concerning Qatari citizens, children of Qatari women, and GCC nationals.
