Card or wallet payment only
Pick-up and drop-off must be within 50m of approved POIs
Booking available when a Robotaxi is within 3km
Same fare as regular taxis
Maximum operating speed: 80 km/h
Limitations:
No front-seat access
Maximum two passengers
Trunk access not allowed
Do not touch vehicle controls
No trip changes or round trips

How to Book and Ride:
Open the Karwa app and select Taxi
Confirm Robotaxi if prompted
Enter the vehicle, lock doors, and fasten seatbelts
Read safety instructions, enter the OTP, and tap Start Ride
Exit only after the vehicle stops completely
Safety & Assistance:
Pull Over option available on the tablet
Remote assistance button connects to an operator
Doors unlock only when safe
Emergency services are contacted if required
