Paywise (Dibsy) has been granted a license to provide digital payment services in Qatar

Paywise (Dibsy) has received authorization from the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) to offer digital payment services in Qatar. Dibsy is a platform for handling and collecting payments online. With the advent of the Qatar fintech business, there are now 9 organisations under QCB's oversight.
