Qatar Airways Group CEO won the 2024 APEX-IFSA CEO Lifetime Achievement Award during a grand ceremony hosted by APEX

One of the most esteemed businessmen in the nation and the region, Qatar Airways Group CEO Akbar Al Baker, received a significant honour during a glitzy ceremony: the 2024 APEX-IFSA CEO Lifetime Achievement Award. The awards are regarded as the industry's premier event of the year and are presented by the International Flight Services Association (IFSA) and the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).

Al Baker also received the airline's 2024 APEX World Class Award at the occasion, which is a level above from APEX Five Stars, which are chosen only by customers.

The airline has won the APEX Award for Global Best Food & Beverage as well as the APEX Award for Best Entertainment in the Middle East. The latter is given out purely based on authenticated customer reviews.
