Qatar Airways is expanding its travel options to and from the Americas by adding more flights to Toronto and São Paulo in the near future.
The airline will begin operating five weekly flights from June 19, 2025, to Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) and 17 weekly flights from June 25, 2025, to Sao Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), reaffirming its commitment to meeting the increasing demand.
In order to give travelers across Canada better connection to Doha and beyond, the airline started operating flights to Toronto in December 2024, just in time for the holidays. This winter, it plans to launch daily flights to the city.
Summer schedule:
Departing every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:
Doha (DOH) to Toronto (YYZ) – Flight QR767: Departure 08:10, Arrival 15:00
Toronto (YYZ) to Doha (DOH) – Flight QR768: Departure 21:00, Arrival 16:40
Winter schedule:
Every day, the flights will depart:
Doha (DOH) to Toronto (YYZ) - Flight QR767: Departure 08:25, Arrival 14:40
Flight QR768 from Toronto (YYZ) to Doha (DOH): Departure 20:10, Arrival 16:55
Flights from Qatar Airways to São Paulo (GRU)
Qatar Airways is also boosting flights to Sao Paulo from 14 to 17 weekly flights. Travellers can soon enjoy the tranquil winter season in the vibrant metropolis with additional variety and convenience.
Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday departures:
Travel time for Flight QR785 from Doha (DOH) to São Paulo (GRU): 00:10 departure, 09:00 arrival
Travel time for Flight QR786 from Sao Paulo (GRU) to Doha (DOH): 10:30 departure, 06:45 arrival
Travelers will still be able to take advantage of Qatar Airways' smooth connections to 55 Latin American locations via LATAM Airlines, such as Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Lima, and Santiago de Chile.
