The rules are a component of the smoking and shisha control measures.Shops that offer tobacco goods, shisha, food, and drinks are subject to new rules enforced by the Ministry of Health. The shop's overall space should be at least 300 square meters. There should be smoking areas outside the store. The primary entrance ought to lead straight to the eatery or a location where non-smokers can get drinks.

The rear of the store or a minimum of five meters from the main entrance can be used as a location for smoking or serving shisha. The ministry also ordered that no one under the age of eighteen should be permitted to enter smoking locations or smoke shisha. Even if they are with them, family members shouldn't be permitted entry.
