Qatar property buyers can get title deed and residency in days with $200,000 investment

Property purchasers in Qatar can now receive a title deed along with real estate residency within just a few days by investing in property valued at $200,000 (around QR700,000). This was announced by His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, in an interview with the Arabic newspaper Al-Sharq.

The official added that all parties involved are collaborating as a single unit to expedite the procedure and guarantee that purchasers may accomplish the required steps quickly and effortlessly.

As part of the new procedure, buyers would receive both title deeds and real estate residency, Eng. Al Obaidli further emphasized that all projects licensed by the Authority in 2025 are problem-free.
