Qatari research has been Awarded at Alexo Olympiad, Tunisia

Students from Qatar won the Best Research Award for their research on graphs and calligraphy exhibited at the second edition of the Alexo Olympiad held in Hammamet, Tunisia under the theme "Digitization for Scientific Research".

The Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALEXO) organizes the biennial Olympiad with the aim of enhancing the scientific research skills of Arab children.

Rima Abu Khadija, Director of Curriculum and Learning Resources Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, appreciated the participation of Qatari students in this scientific forum, which allowed them to conduct scientific research with the best experts. In addition to gaining more knowledge and strengthening ties between the peoples of the Arab world, learn about student activities in other countries that include distinguished research and cultural events.

Meanwhile, the Ministry's Scientific Research Head Dr. Asma Al Mohannadi praised the efforts of the students during the Olympiad, which enabled them to achieve excellence and reflected the efforts of their school administrations, supervisors and parents.

ALECSO partnered with national committees and Arab ministries to launch this Olympiad, which aims to increase Arab children's ability in scientific research methods and develop research, innovation and teamwork among Arab students from an early age. Arab educational institutions.

The Olympiad is aimed at 13- to 15-year-old students in public or private schools in Arab countries.
