
As part of The Digital Banker's 2025 Middle East and Africa Innovation Awards and CX Awards, QNB Group has received several distinguished honors, including Best Bank for Trade Finance – Qatar, Best Bank for Cash Management – Qatar, and Excellence in Omni-Channel Customer Experience.
For using digital platforms to increase operational efficiency, simplify trade procedures, and provide all-inclusive trade finance solutions, the Bank was named Qatar's Best Bank for Trade Finance. QNB provided trade solutions of over QR 212 billion in 2024, a 12.7% increase over the year before.
Additionally, QNB received the title of Best Bank for Cash Management in Qatar, recognizing its work to improve transparency, speed, and efficiency, broaden currency coverage from 30 to 130 markets, and change international payments.
Furthermore, QNB's dedication to providing consistent, integrated client journeys throughout both digital and physical channels earned it the Excellence in Omni-Channel client Experience award, solidifying its standing as a customer-focused bank.
