Registration for the Qatar 2025 FIFA Volunteer Program has begun, in collaboration with FIFA and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025 and FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025.
Twenty functional areas, such as tournament and media operations, spectator services, accreditation, hospitality, and more, will be supported by almost 4,000 volunteers in 30 jobs.
Candidates need to be residents of Qatar, be at least eighteen years old, speak English well (other languages, such Arabic, are a plus), and be available for the entire tournament, including pre-event training sessions. Experience volunteering in the past is not necessary. Candidates should also be proactive, gregarious, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
Selection will start in June after a two-week registration period. Interviews will be conducted in person at Lusail Stadium's Volunteer Recruitment Center. Interviews will not be conducted with volunteers who have previously participated in FIFA activities hosted in Qatar.
Candidates can select their preferred choice, and a single application will cover both events. Due to scheduling conflicts, roles will be allocated to a single event, and selection will be determined by operational requirements, profile matching, and availability.
Benefits for volunteers include:
-Understanding their roles through training
-A formal volunteer outfit
-Meals served during their shifts
-Free public transit to and from event locations
-Single-edition presents and souvenirs
-Chances to form new acquaintances and acquire new abilities
- An experience that comes only once in a lifetime
