Souq Waqif Art Center organized an art exhibition to mark the Qatar National Day

To commemorate Qatar National Day (QND), the Souq Waqif Art Center held an art show on Monday with the theme "Qatar of Eminence. The event highlights Qatari culture through the lens of the arts, and conveys ideals of pride, patriotism, and belonging.

In order to smoothly combine Qatari tradition with modern artistic expressions, 25 artists from Qatar and other countries are exhibiting a variety of ground-breaking inventions, including paintings, sculptures, pottery art, and other pieces on display.

The exhibition, which is open to the public at the Souq Waqif Art Center until January 6, 2025, is a one-of-a-kind chance for everyone to appreciate artwork that portrays the State of Qatar's culture, history, and future. It highlights aspects of innovative Qatari heritage and innovation, with a focus on the Qatari environment, the life of the ancestors, the nation's identity and customs, and the life of the land and the sea.
