Visit Qatar has partnered with The IRONMAN Group to bring the prestigious IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon series to Doha for the first time. The inaugural race is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027 and is expected to draw athletes and fans from around the world to experience a world-class competition in the heart of Qatar.
Planned as an early-season event, the Visit Qatar IRONMAN 70.3 Doha will offer qualifying slots for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship and serve as a key season opener for athletes preparing for major spring and summer races. The triathlon will feature a swim, bike, and run course highlighting some of Qatar’s most iconic landmarks.
