Visitors from China, Hong Kong, Macau to Qatar no longer need negative pre-travel COVID-19 PCR test result

The Ministry of Public Health stated on its official website on March 27, 2023 that visitors to Qatar from China, Hong Kong, and Macau would no longer need to have a negative pre-travel COVID-19 PCR test result.

The choice was made following an improvement in the state of COVID-19 both locally and globally. All COVID-19 travel limitations in Qatar will end once the pre-travel PCR test result for travellers from China, Hong Kong, and Macau is removed, according to the Ministry.

The Ministry of Public Health advises the public to protect their health and follow local and global COVID-19 updates to remain up to date on the most recent precautions.
