Under the patronage of HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Qatar’s Minister of Interior and Commander of Lekhwiya, the first Doha International Music and Marching Festival (Doha Tattoo) will run from December 16–20 at Katara Cultural Village.
The event will feature top marching bands from the UK, USA, Turkey, Jordan, Oman, Kazakhstan, and Qatar, including the Irish Guards, RAF Music Services, the US Air Force Honor Guard, the Ottoman Mehter Band, and others. Qatar’s presence will include musical units from the Ministries of Defence and Interior, the Amiri Guard, the Ministry of Culture, and the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra.
The organising committee has confirmed that tickets for the event are now on sale, with affordable prices set to encourage broad public attendance. Tickets are offered in three tiers: QAR 15, QAR 30, and QAR 100.
The committee also revealed the festival’s key partners, with Qatar Airways serving as the Platinum Partner. Additional strategic partners include Katara Hospitality, Vodafone Qatar, Qatar Insurance Company, and Shati Al Bahar Group.
