Qatar’s Ministry of Labour has launched the first phase of the Moawen Platform, a digital system to improve transparency and efficiency in domestic worker recruitment.
The platform aims to streamline recruitment, protect all parties, prevent fraud, and improve service quality through digital solutions.
The initiative is built around a single digital platform developed by Qatar’s Ministry of Labour in partnership with Google.
Moawen connects employers, recruitment agencies, and domestic workers, managing the entire recruitment and employment process from application to employment in one secure and efficient system.
