MoEHE’s Private Education Affairs Sector released the School Activity Guide 2024 for private schools and kindergartens

The School Activity Guide 2024 for private schools and kindergartens was released yesterday by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education's (MoEHE) Private Education Affairs Sector. This move aims to develop children's educational and pedagogical activities in line with the MoEHE's educational and development objectives. 

The Guide includes instructions on school activity objectives, plans, and rules in the State of Qatar or elsewhere, as well as directions on child security and safety while participating in activities or riding school buses, including the duties of school bus supervisors.

The Guide also contains the anticipated results of school activities in accordance with the MOEHE's vision and explanatory appendices on a list of field excursions and camps relevant to school curricula. 

According to Omar Abdulaziz Al Naama, Assistant Undersecretary for Special Education Affairs at MoEHE, the guidance provides guidelines for kindergartens and private schools to modify their curricula to protect students' safety and uphold national and Islamic identity values.

The Ministry's commitment to providing an integrated educational environment that helps students develop their abilities and strengthen their personalities in a variety of scientific, artistic, social, sporting, and cultural fields, as well as to raising the bar for education in the State of Qatar, is reflected in the release of this guide.
