The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has urged motorists to avoid the improper use of high-beam headlights, warning that they can impair the vision of other drivers, cause distractions and increase the risk of accidents.
In a social media post, the Ministry highlighted that the misuse of high beams is particularly dangerous at night, as the bright lights can affect other motorists’ visibility and concentration.
The MoI urged motorists to use high-beam headlights responsibly and consider other road users’ safety.
