Snoonu has launched Snoonu Startup Factory, an initiative to support emerging startups in Qatar and the wider region.
As part of the launch, it announced a $100,000 pre-seed investment in Sufra AI, founded by Ekaterina Demenkova and Jemal Velihanova. The startup offers AI-powered digital menus that personalise dining experiences while giving restaurants real-time customer insights.
The move reflects a strategic fit—Snoonu focuses on delivery and digital commerce, while Sufra AI enhances in-restaurant experiences. The program will provide funding, mentorship, and market access, supporting innovation in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
