The inaugural World Aquatics Championships for enthusiasts of aquatic sports in the Middle East will begin in 50 days. 2,600 of the top athletes from approximately 190 nations will compete in Doha in an environment sure to excite and entertain fans. Aspire Dome, Hamad Aquatic Centre, and Old Doha Port are the three competition sites for the World Aquatics Championship – Doha 2024. The event's engaging mascots, Nahim and Mayfara, made their debuts there lately.
"Nahim," a whale shark that is gentle and common in Qatari seas, is a symbol of the country's ecology and cultural connections.
