11th edition of Cityscape Qatar kicked off at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre on Tuesday

Under the patronage of Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the 11th edition of Cityscape Qatar 2023, the nation's premier real estate exhibition, got underway at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) on Tuesday. The event was opened by HE Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al Thani, the Minister of Commerce and Industry for Qatar. It will continue till October 26. The inaugural event was also attended by Qatar Tourism Chairman Saad bin Ali Al Kharji and Municipality Minister Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie.

In addition to over 90 local and foreign developers, the exhibition will include over 40 speakers who will provide their perspectives on current developments in the Qatari real estate industry. Thousands of attendees to the expo will have the chance to network with top real estate industry professionals in the area, learn about new projects, and do business with the most reputable developers in Qatar and the larger Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Developers taking part in the show utilise the occasion to unveil a variety of significant projects they plan to work on in the upcoming years.

This year's show included a significant presence from Qatar Living homes, which claims to have the largest inventory of homes in the nation for both purchase and rental. At the show, it unveiled its three new products: 360-degree tours, drone footage, and international listings. At its specially-designed booth, customers may obtain the most recent information about the new goods.

There will be both domestic and foreign pavilions on display, including the Government Pavilion from Invest Qatar, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Interior, and the Qatar Financial Centre. International pavilions will also be present, including those from Egypt and India. Industry professionals will talk about the most recent developments regarding investment prospects in Qatar, sustainability, digital transformation, and technological disruption at the Cityscape Talks events.

The Cityscape WIRE (Women in Real Estate) platform is excited to announce that for the first time, it will offer a dedicated space for women, complete with a panel discussion and networking event that will showcase the accomplishments, contributions, and life experiences of female leaders in the real estate industry in Qatar.

The only platinum sponsor of Cityscape Qatar, Qetaifan Projects, will present their most recent deals, which include flexible payment plans with terms ranging from seven to ten years and a 10% discount on cash payments for all plots, including towers and residential units. Al Madar, Style Home Development, Barwa Real Estate Group, Qatar Sotheby's International Realty, and Taj Real Estate were a few of the offers that were made public on Tuesday.
