Non-ticketed fans can enter Qatar as announced by the Ministry of Interior, if they have a Hayya Card, a booked hotel reservation, and allot a fee of QR 500. Fans without match tickets will be allowed entry to Qatar starting from tomorrow, December 2, 2022.
Fans can apply for their Hayya Card on the Hayya platform. A wide selection of hospitality options is available on qatar2022.qa/book. An entry fee of QR 500 also has to be paid for children aged 12 and over. Under 12 will not be charged.
This was previously announced in a press conference held last month, November 3, stating that this would enable fans across the globe to experience the palpable football atmosphere during the knockout stage, which begins on December 3 with the Round of 16.
