Qatar Airways Holidays has achieved significant milestones in increasing package sales to Qatar

Qatar Airways Holidays (QRH), Qatar Airways' leisure branch, has reached key milestones in growing package sales to Qatar, establishing it as the top-selling destination. According to the Qatar Airways Group annual report for fiscal year 2022/2023, QRH concentrated on promoting Doha and its "Stopover packages," which drew attention from foreign tourists owing to their great value for money.

Discover Qatar, a destination management business and a partner of Qatar Tourism, has set lofty goals for 2023/2024, intending to treble the number of passengers participating in its "Stopover programme." This pledge strengthens Qatar's position as the best destination for travellers looking for a stopover experience. Notably, over 20,000 people took advantage of the prestigious "Best Value Stopover in the World" offer, which entailed exquisite 4- or 5-star hotel stays for up to four nights.

QRH was instrumental in earning $57.5 million in gross sales through all-inclusive travel packages during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The momentum continued with their portfolio of worldwide athletic events, such as the Ultimate Fan Experience packages, which provided clients with one-of-a-kind opportunity to meet prominent club players from PSG and FC Bayern München.

QRH now has around 50 places of sale spread over the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. It provides a wide range of vacation packages, hotels, tours, transportation, sporting event packages, and Doha stopovers. Furthermore, QRH's wonderful trip in Qatar features interesting activities, world-class eating, shopping, and traditional hospitality. Since its inception in 2022, its business-to-business (B2B) service in Qatar has demonstrated an upward trend.
