VISA, a global financial services business headquartered in the United States, has increased its market share in the GCC by opening a new office yesterday in Tornado Tower, West Bay, Doha. Officials at the opening ceremony stated that the recently opened office is an example of the company's strong presence in the nation.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Khaled Al Thani, Assistant Governor, Financial Instruments and Payment Systems at Qatar Central Bank, Natalie Baker, Chargé d'Affaires at the US Embassy in Qatar, Dr. Saeeda Jaffar, Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager for Visa and GCC, and Shashank Singh, Visa's Vice President and General Manager for Qatar and Kuwait were among the dignitaries present at the event.
Sheikh Ahmed applauded the efforts made by the fintech company to provide clients with standout benefits.
